Vinyasa, yin, beginners' classes and yoga for surfers, in a bright studio with twelve mats at most. Beginners and regulars alike, in French and some classes in English.

free
Flow Yoga is a small studio that opened in 2021: a light wooden floor, a large bay window, and twelve mats at most per class, so everyone gets seen and guided.
Come as you are, whether it’s your first class or your hundredth. Locals share the room with surfers stretching after their session, and with travellers from all over the world.

Classes last 75 minutes unless stated. Every one adapts to your level.

Poses flow one into the next with the breath: you move, warm up and breathe.

Long-held poses on the floor, followed by a proper rest.

The basics, step by step. Four sessions to get off to a good start.

Shoulders, hips and back: stretch after your session, in English and French.

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 am, on Port-Vieux beach. Sand, ocean, and the day just beginning.
Inès grew up in Anglet. A former physiotherapist, she came to yoga to heal her own back, then trained for two years, in Biarritz and in Bali (500 hours of teacher training), before opening Flow Yoga in 2021.
She teaches vinyasa and yin yoga, and her physio background helps her adapt every pose. Her students put it simply: you leave her classes feeling “lighter”.

Le seul cours où j’arrive à ne penser à rien pendant une heure.“The only class where I manage to think of nothing at all for an hour.”
Perfect after a morning in the water, my shoulders thank Inès.After that, go at your own pace. Mats, blocks and straps provided.
For now, booking is by text or email: tell us which class you fancy and we’ll keep a mat for you.
